About Preston

      I’m Preston de la Parra, a community advocate with a broad spectrum of experience spanning healthcare, policy, legal initiatives, and business strategy consulting.

     I have worked across many industries that have honed my skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve also provided business consulting services to local enterprises, advising on growth strategies, operational efficiency, and market analysis. Additionally, I’ve contributed to policy formulation and collaborated with legal teams on community-focused projects.

I moved to Springville for its small-town way of life—where neighbors genuinely support one another—and I deeply value the sense of belonging that arises from shared traditions.

     I believe Springville has tremendous potential, and I would hate to see it evolve into one of the neighboring towns overwhelmed by uncontrolled development. My work organizing local initiatives, improving healthcare, and consulting on organizational strategy taught me the importance of inclusive leadership and data-driven decision-making.
